Eco-Friendly Packaging
We utilize recycled materials such as cardboard boxes and paper bags to promote eco-friendly practices. While some packaging may not appear brand new, rest assured that everything is clean and sanitary, ensuring the quality and freshness of your products.

Delivery Charges
Free Shipping

We offer free shipping based on your order total and the type of products ordered:

Room Temperature Items: Free shipping for orders over ¥6000 (including tax).
Chilled Items (10°C): Free shipping for orders over ¥3000 (including tax).

Note:

Free shipping is calculated based on the original order amount before any discounts or points are applied.
Frozen and chilled items are shipped via a Cool courier service.
Orders may arrive in multiple packages and at different times.
Standard Shipping Fees

If your order does not meet the free shipping threshold, standard shipping fees (including tax) will apply. For cash on delivery payments, a handling fee of ¥330 (including tax) will be added to your total.

 

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide a smooth and timely shipping experience for all our customers.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be shipped within 1 business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped within 2 business days. (Excluding Sundays and public holidays, when we are closed.)

Once shipped, your order should arrive within 1 to 3 days, depending on your region.

Please note: Orders placed near public holidays may have irregular shipping dates. We recommend checking the schedule below before ordering.

Shipping Schedule Around Public Holidays:

  • Feb. 11th (Tue/Public Holiday): No shipping.

  • Orders placed between 2:00 PM on Feb. 9th (Sun) and 1:59 PM on Feb. 10th (Mon): Shipped on Feb. 12th (Wed).

  • Orders placed between 2:00 PM on Feb. 10th (Mon) and 1:59 PM on Feb. 12th (Wed): Shipped on Feb. 13th (Thu).

  • Feb. 24th (Mon/Public Holiday): No shipping.

  • Orders placed between 2:00 PM on Feb. 21st (Fri) and 1:59 PM on Feb. 24th (Mon): Shipped on Feb. 25th (Tue).

Additional Notes:

  • Delivery may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions.
  • If our warehouse exceeds its daily shipping limit, your order may be delayed to the next day or later. We appreciate your understanding.
